Educational Research & Innovation :
Maharaja College support for quality teaching and for putting research into practice makes a powerful partner in efforts to surround teachers with excellent professional development. The Professional Development Program was created in 2005 to encourage classroom educators to improve their practice and their students’ performance by becoming users of research.. Teaching is a complex task, and substantial time will be required for teachers and other educators to test out new ideas, assess their effects, adjust their strategies and approaches, and assess again in an effort to reach all students and make learning meaningful. The library has so many research papers and topics for M.Ed. Pupil teachers.
Lesson Plans :
Materials A lesson plan is a teacher's detailed description of the course of instruction for an individual lesson. A daily lesson plan has to be developed by a teacher trainee under the guidance of his supervisor to guide class instruction. There is a requirements mandated by the school system that pupil teachers must have responsibility to appear in the class room with a plan. Students have to prepare 40 lessons of different subjects according his course. The evaluation is done on the following point in a observation book by the Educator. Areas of Evaluate:

  • Presentation Skills
Criticism Lessons :
The criticism lessons are delivered by the student teachers so as to arrive at a general principle that decides a successful lesson. The criticism lessons are carefully observed by the student teachers. Different points are taken in to consideration to evaluate the student teachers teaching proficiency. The suitability of lessons, the appropriateness of introduction, the continuity of lessons, the relation between new knowledge and previous knowledge, the timely and effective use of teaching aids, the use of black board, questioning skill, teacher pupil relationship are some of the aspects analyzed during the discussion part of criticism lesson. The student teacher should possess a record of demonstration and criticism lessons.
Value Education :
Our institutes conduct various value education programs that are addressed by the staff and teachers to solve the rising problems of the modern society.
These programs concentrate on regular Prayer, which ultimately develop the teachers so as to prepare their students focusing on areas like happiness, humility, cooperation, honesty, simplicity, love, unity, peace, & National character through Daily Prayer & National song, National Anthem and Flag hosting etc. Each Teacher has to put moral thoughts in the assembly hall to build-up national Character etc, this is a compulsory part for every teacher to participate in this activity.
Educational Seminars :
The College organizes educational seminars at college level. There are a variety of educational seminars and workshops available at university level also through an interactive learning environments. Wi-Fi facility provides college seminar lectures and materials which are available online. Keep in mind, to developed skilled teachers our local colleges and university also offer seminars. College also organizing seminars for elementary level teachers also on the different subject of interest of Teachers to increase there teaching skill.
